My approach focuses on client-centered, evidence-based treatment. Specifically, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational and Cognitive Interviewing techniques, and customize my approach to meet each client's needs, values, and goals. I offer in-person sessions at my office in St. Petersburg, Florida and virtual sessions for clients who live in St. Petersburg or other cities in Florida.

NOTE: For in-person visits, the main entrance is wheelchair accessible at ground level. However, my private practice office is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs, with no elevator available. Please contact me to arrange reasonable accommodations, such as telehealth or alternate ground-floor meeting.

The training modules include, but not limited to depression, anxiety, chronic worry, and vicarious trauma equipping people to identify early warning signs and symptoms in themselves or others.
