My approach focuses on client-centered, evidence-based treatment. Specifically, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational and Cognitive Interviewing techniques, and customize my approach to meet each client's needs, values, and goals. I offer in-person sessions at my office in St. Petersburg, Florida and virtual sessions for clients located in Florida, Virginia, or any other PSYPACT-participating state, through my Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT).
NOTE: For in-person visits, the main entrance is wheelchair accessible at ground level and my office is located on the second floor accessible by stairs. Ground floor meetings can be arranged in advance for those who need reasonable accommodations.

I deliver evidence-based training and professional/personal development for the community, law enforcement, legal professionals, and investigative multidisciplinary teams. My curricula bridge clinical psychological theory with practical application, ensuring that my clients are equipped with the knowledge they need.
Core Training Pillars
Mental Health Wellness: Proactive psychoeducation designed to increase mental health literacy. The training modules include, but not limited to depression, anxiety, chronic worry, and vicarious trauma equipping people to identify early warning signs and symptoms in themselves or others. Beyond awareness, self-care strategies such as cognitive reframing, stress-reduction techniques, and resilience-building habits to maintain long-term personal well-being are discussed.
Forensic Training: Comprehensive education on the etiology of adult sexual offending, including personality profiles, offending patterns, and the complex relationship dynamics between offenders and victims.
Trauma-Informed Investigative Practice: Instruction on trauma-informed sexual assault investigations, specifically focusing on how trauma impacts victim's memory and behavior, and strategies for minimizing re-traumatization during investigative interviews.
Advanced Interviewing Techniques: Specialized training on investigative interviewing that integrates mental health considerations, interviewee's personality traits, and the identification of investigator biases that can impact case outcomes.
